Faktor – Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Produktivitas Bongkar Muat di Pelabuhan Tanjung Intan Cilacap

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of partially determining the effect of loading and unloading equipment, labor, weather, and time on loading and unloading productivity at Tanjung Intan Port, Cilacap. This study also aims to analyze the most dominant factors influencing loading and unloading productivity at Tanjung Intan Port, Cilacap. The research method used is a quantitative method with a questionnaire method for 100 respondents of loading and unloading labor and crane operators. The analysis techniques used include validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, t-test, coefficient of determination, and managerial implications. The results of the study showed that there was a positive and significant influence between the variables of Loading and Unloading Equipment (X1) which had (t count 5.091> t table 1.98498), the Labor variable (X2) which had (t count 3.426> t table 1.98498), the Weather variable (X3) which had (t count 2.973> t table 1.98498), and the Time variable (X4) which had (t count 3.102> t table 1.98498). Meanwhile, the Adjusted R2 value was 0.518. This means that 51.8% of the variation in the dependent variable (Y), namely Loading and Unloading Productivity, was explained by the independent variables, namely Loading and Unloading Equipment, Labor, Weather, and Time. The remaining 100% - 51.8% = 48.2%, was influenced by other variables outside the study.
